Making an Appointment

To schedule an appointment for your child please call your pediatricians office during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and have your child's chart number available.

When to Call the Doctor

If you have a question or concern that does not require an appointment, please call during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Your pediatrician will try to get back to you on the same day, but you may need to wait for a response. If it is an urgent problem, please let the receptionist know when you leave your message. Same day appointments will be made by the receptionist for urgent medical problems.

Please call during regular office hours for:

• Refills of medications


• Chronic conditions such as eczema or warts


• Referrals, forms or immunization records


• Questions about colds or minor infections


• Questions about feeding or diet


• Pinworms or lice


• Behavioral issues

After Hours Advice Line

As we all know urgent medical problems will occur after regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). To provide our patients with care after regular business hours, we maintain an After Hours Answering Service and an After Hours Clinic.

• An advice nurse will return your call and answer your questions that evening


• The physician on call will be paged if required


• Routine questions (outlined above) should be answered by your regular pediatrician during office hours

Saturday, Sunday and most holidays:
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment only
