The mission of the Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) is to provide health information and support to the patients and communities we serve in a modern, multi-media facility. Through education, patients are encouraged to become more active partners in their own health care.

The Center provides print, audio, video, 3-dimensional and online access to health-related materials. Full-time staff and trained volunteers are available to assist with medical searches or help you locate related support services within the community.

The HRC also offers free counseling appointments to help you complete an Advance Health Care Directive form.
