Advance Health Care Directives (AHCD)
These are free, one hour appointments with trained volunteers to help you understand and complete an Advance Health Care Directive. Completing an AHCD is important for all individuals over 18 as they may unexpectedly be in a position where they can’t speak for themselves, such as an accident or sudden severe illness.

Blood Pressure Clinic

Mountain View:
Every Tuesday, 8 - 10 a.m., held at 701 East El Camino Real, in the Health Resource Center on the 3rd floor.
Sunnyvale:
Every Wednesday, 8 - 10 a.m., held at 201 Old San Francisco Road, downstairs.

Flu Shot Express
