Refund/Cancellation Policies
As a not-for-profit medical foundation, our class fees are determined by the cost of instructors' fees and providing class materials. We do not incorporate a profit margin. This is so that we can keep our class fees affordable for our patients.
If you decide not to take a class after you have registered and paid, or discover a conflict prior to the class date, please call and let us know. Regardless of the number of people attending, we still have to pay the instructor. Exceptions are made for medical emergencies and early babies. We understand you can't plan everything.
REFUNDS: We will make a full refund for any class when notice received 2 weeks prior to class start. A refund less a $10 processing fee will be given for cancellations made at least 1 week prior to class start date. Cancellations and transfers with less than 1 week notice will not receive a refund. Special circumstances will be considered, but please notify us as soon as possible.
RESCHEDULING: A $10 processing fee will be added to the original cost of the class(es) if for any reason a class is rescheduled less than 1 week prior to the class start date.
