When to Call the Doctor

If you have a question or concern that does not require an appointment, please call during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Your physician will try to get back to you on the same day, but you may need to wait for a response. If it is an urgent problem, please let the receptionist know when you leave your message. Same-day appointments will be made by the receptionist for urgent medical problems.

After Hours

In the event of an urgent issue after office hours, call the main Camino Medical Group operator at 408-739-6000 and have the physician on call paged.
